Benefits:
Train Your Dog 🐕: often times because of our past habits our body rules the mind rather than the mind ruling the body...I have been able to passify my body and become more in control of my actions. In simplest terms, I taught my body to sit still without fidgeting and this translates throughout my day, reduction in nervouse energy, body twitching, etc.
Presence: In conversations and all my interactions I am present, I dial in and I am focussed, rather than drifting around with my attention and thinking about all the other things I have going on.
Calmness: I am feeling a completely new level of calmness in me. Any concern or anxiety has dissipated and I am much more at ease.
Self Esteem: a sense of accomplishment in being disciplined each day to do what I said I was going to do. A new relationship to my word and what I am committed to manifesting.
Awareness: I am much more aware of what I am thinking and feeling. I am now able to catch myself in the moment and rather than reacting to situations, I step back, and respond calmly and effectively. It is a beautiful thing.
